On the 23rd-24th of Febuary 2002 a DBM competition was held as part of the Leprecon convention hosted by the Trinity Gamers at TCD. This page contains some images of the day and the final results of the competition.
Unfortunately numbers were slightly down for this competition but of course as a 2-day, 4-round 400AP event it's a lot more difficult to get the time/energy etc. We had 9 players and an umpire who only played when required to make the draw even. Scoring was 0-10 with +100VP. Everyone seemed to have a good time and the games all proceeded smoothly. Things were a little cramped in the Leprecon hall but this was more than made up for by the buzz in the venue and the presence of some spectators. We did our best to spread the DBM "word" with some informational hand-outs :-)
